On-the-Day Coordination
Designed for couples who have planned their wedding themselves but want to hand over the responsibility of managing the day to an experienced professional.
Our support begins before the wedding day, with a planning meeting approximately one month beforehand to go through your arrangements, followed by a final catch-up during wedding week and support in the run-up to the day.
On your wedding day, we typically begin around two hours before the ceremony and remain through to your first dance. We become the main point of contact for your venue, suppliers and guests, oversee the timeline and coordinate the important moments throughout the day.
We’ll also take care of the smaller practical details that make everything come together, from lighting candles and placing name cards to setting out guest books and other finishing touches, while quietly handling anything unexpected behind the scenes.
Most importantly, we’re there to look after you, your wedding party, family and guests, allowing you and the people closest to you to be fully present and enjoy the celebration without worrying about what needs to happen next.

From budgets, venues and suppliers to timelines, styling and the wedding day itself, it guides you through the entire planning journey with a calm, structured approach.
Month-of Wedding Planning
Designed for couples who have planned their wedding themselves but would like professional support to bring everything together as the day approaches.
In the final weeks before your wedding, we’ll step into the planning process, review the arrangements you already have in place and work with you to make sure the important details have been covered.
We’ll liaise with your suppliers, confirm timings and logistics, create a detailed wedding-day schedule and help resolve any outstanding details, giving you the reassurance of having an experienced planner overseeing the final stages.
We’ll then coordinate your wedding day, managing the timeline and working behind the scenes with your venue and suppliers so you can step away from the organisation and enjoy your celebration.
